Wolverhampton Wanderers 'open to selling Raul Jimenez as Juventus join race'

Wolverhampton Wanderers are reportedly open to selling striker Raul Jimenez for the right price this summer, amid links to Manchester United, Liverpool and now Juventus.

Wolverhampton Wanderers are reportedly open to the idea of selling Raul Jimenez this summer if a suitable offer arrives.

The 29-year-old has enjoyed another stellar campaign at Molineux, scoring 22 goals and creating 10 more in 44 games across all competitions.

Such form has seen him linked with some of Europe's biggest clubs including Manchester United and Liverpool, while Jimenez himself has opened the door to a Real Madrid or Barcelona move.

The Times now claims that Juventus have also entered the race, and that Wolves would be willing to consider cashing in on their star striker for the right price.

However, previous reports have suggested that Wolves could demand up to €100m (£89.4m) for the Mexico international - a figure few clubs would be willing or able to spend in the post-coronavirus market.

Wolves made his loan move permanent for a fee of £32.6m last summer and are understood to want to make a significant profit on that if they are to sell him on.
