Report: Danilo edges closer to Manchester United move

Porto's Brazilian right-back Danilo is nearing a move to Manchester United, according to reports.

The 23-year-old, who has a £37m release clause in his contract at the Estadio do Dragao, has also been linked with a move to Liverpool or Barcelona recently.

However, the player's agent has flown to Manchester to begin discussions over a move to Old Trafford, according to the Daily Star.

Danilo, who joined Porto from Santos in 2011, has represented Brazil on 11 occasions.
