Manchester United are reportedly preparing to make an approach for Getafe midfielder Mauro Arambarri during the summer transfer window.

Manchester United are allegedly ready to make an offer for Getafe midfielder Mauro Arambarri.

The Premier League giants have been linked with a wide range of players ahead of the summer transfer window, particularly in the final third.

However, according to Traspasos, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has taken an interest in Uruguay international Arambarri.

With the 25-year-old having made 34 appearances in La Liga this season, the report suggests that United regard him as value for money.

Having only narrowly avoided relegation from Spain's top flight, Getafe may be prepared to sell one of their most prized assets to fund moves for other targets.

Arambarri has two years remaining on his contract.
