Manchester City are reportedly going to outbid Manchester United and Chelsea for Tottenham Hotspur's talisman Harry Kane, who wants to leave Spurs this summer.

Manchester City have reportedly got more funds for Tottenham Hotspur's Harry Kane, as they look to outbid Manchester United and Chelsea for the England captain.

The 27-year-old is set for crucial talks with Daniel Levy after the season ends on Sunday, with Kane insisting that he will decide his own future and that the club cannot prevent his exit from North London.

Kane has openly discussed his desire to win trophies in his career and has attracted the interest of many top European clubs, but it is expected to take a bid of at least £120m to convince Spurs to sell.

The Daily Star reports that Man City are now at the front of the queue to sign the prolific striker, and are ready to outbid Premier League rivals Manchester United and Chelsea in the race for his signature.

When discussing his future, Kane told reporters: "I want to be playing in the biggest games. This season I'm watching the English teams doing amazing in the Champions League. They're the games I want to be involved in.

"It's a moment in my career where I need to reflect and have a good honest conversation with the chairman. I hope we can have that conversation. I'm sure he will want to see out the plan, how he sees it. But ultimately it's going to be down to me and how I feel, and what's going to be the best for me in my career at this moment in time.

"As a player, you don't know what the chairman is thinking. He might want to sell me. He might be thinking: 'If I can get £100m for you, then why not?' I'm not going to be worth that for the next two, three years. I've given the club 16 years of my life so I hope we can have a good honest conversation."

The England captain has scored 220 goals in 335 appearances in all competitions for Spurs, since his first-team debut in 2011.
