Celta Vigo's Gabri Veiga reportedly prefers a move to Arsenal in this summer's transfer window, with Manchester United and Real Madrid also interested in the midfielder.

Gabri Veiga has reportedly revealed that Premier League side Arsenal would be his preferred destination for a move away from Celta Vigo in this summer's transfer window.

The 20-year-old midfielder has enjoyed a breakthrough season for the Spanish club, appearing 24 times in La Liga, scoring eight goals and assisting on three occasions.

Veiga made his debut for Celta's B side back in July 2019 and has since graduated to become a key part of the first team, with Los Celestes chasing down the European places in La Liga.

According to Fichajes, the youngster dreams of playing for Mikel Arteta's Gunners in the short term, and the player would prefer a move to the Premier League.

The report also claims that a host of other European clubs are interested in signing the Spaniard, including Real Madrid, Newcastle United and Manchester United.

Celta Vigo face relegation-threatened Espanyol on Saturday evening in La Liga, with Veiga hoping to help his team achieve a top-six finish in the final 13 matches of the domestic season.
