Saturday's Premier League predictions including Arsenal vs. Manchester United

Arsenal vs. Man Utd (Saturday, 12.30pm)

In a behemoth of a match that could potentially make or break both sides' top-four chances, Arsenal and Manchester United renew hostilities on Saturday lunchtime in the Premier League at the Emirates.

The Gunners reignited their Champions League bid with an enthralling 4-2 success at Chelsea in midweek, while Ralf Rangnick's side capitulated in a 4-0 defeat to Liverpool.

We say: Arsenal 2-1 Manchester United

The expected return of Ronaldo to the frontline should at least give Man United that extra attacking bite, but as much as the Portuguese loves a goal against the Gunners, it remains to be seen if he is in the right headspace to play.

If Arsenal's new-look side can produce similar levels of incisiveness that they did against Chelsea, Man United's dodgy backline could be in for a rough ride against Arteta's side, and we can only envisage the Gunners effectively ending the Red Devils' top-four hopes while giving theirs a major boost.

Our tipster partners are predicting over 2.5 goals.

Leicester vs. Aston Villa (Saturday, 3.00pm)

Having thrown away three points in dampening fashion in midweek, Leicester City return to the King Power for Saturday's Premier League battle with Aston Villa.

Brendan Rodgers's side were forced to settle for a 1-1 draw with Everton last time out, while Steven Gerrard's side most recently went down 4-0 to Tottenham Hotspur.

We say: Leicester City 2-1 Aston Villa

The European fatigue has not been particularly kind to Leicester in recent weeks, and with Rodgers potentially shuffling the pack ahead of Thursday night, Villa can feel somewhat optimistic about the prospect of ending their losing run.

Leicester seldom give much away in front of their own fans, though, and with the Foxes desperate to enter their European semi-final on a high note, we expect Rodgers's men to emerge victorious and prolong Gerrard's misery.

Our tipster partners are predicting over 2.5 goals.

Man City vs. Watford (Saturday, 3.00pm)

Manchester City will be looking to move four points clear at the top of the Premier League table when they welcome Watford to the Etihad Stadium on Saturday afternoon.

The Citizens will enter the contest off the back of a 3-0 win over Brighton & Hove Albion on Wednesday, while Watford suffered a 2-1 loss to Brentford in their last match on April 16.

We say: Manchester City 2-0 Watford

Watford are certainly capable of making it an uncomfortable 90 minutes for Man City, with the Hornets boasting a lot of talent in the final third of the field. Man City cannot afford to drop points, though, and we are fully expecting the Citizens to secure all three points in relatively routine fashion.

Our tipster partners are predicting over 2.5 goals.

Norwich vs. Newcastle (Saturday, 3.00pm)

Norwich City's fight to remain in the Premier League will continue on Saturday afternoon when they welcome an in-form Newcastle United to Carrow Road.

The Canaries are currently bottom of the table, eight points from the safety of 17th position, while Newcastle have risen into 11th spot, now 15 points clear of the relegation zone.

We say: Norwich City 1-1 Newcastle United

Draws are no good for Norwich at this stage of the season, but Newcastle are difficult to back against at the moment due to their strong form. That said, the Canaries were impressive at Old Trafford, and we are expecting the two teams to share the spoils in a low-scoring draw at Carrow Road.

Our tipster partners are predicting under 2.5 goals.

Brentford vs. Spurs (Saturday, 5.30pm)

Tottenham Hotspur will aim to get their top-four charge back on track when they meet Brentford in Saturday's Premier League London derby.

Thomas Frank's side kept up their strong run of form with a 2-1 success over Watford last time out, while Antonio Conte's men went down 1-0 to Brighton & Hove Albion.

We say: Brentford 2-3 Tottenham Hotspur

Brentford have developed an affinity for London derbies during their inaugural Premier League season and are playing without any fear, which bodes well against a Tottenham side whose confidence was rocked somewhat last weekend.

The Lilywhites' toothless attacking showing against Brighton was surely just a one-off, and while Brentford will feel confident of keeping up their stellar goalscoring run, we are still expecting Conte's side to just edge an entertaining contest given the Bees' defensive absentees.

Our tipster partners are predicting under 2.5 goals.
