Cristiano Ronaldo tells Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer that he wants to start every Premier League game this season, according to a report.

Cristiano Ronaldo has reportedly told Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer that he wants to start every Premier League game during the 2021-22 campaign.

The Portugal international was surprisingly left out of the first XI against Everton before the international break, ultimately appearing off the bench in the 1-1 draw.

Ronaldo was back in the starting side against Leicester City on Saturday afternoon but could not prevent his side from suffering a 4-2 defeat at the King Power Stadium.

According to The Sun, the 36-year-old has told Solskjaer that he should be presumed fit to start every Premier League match and will inform the manager if that is not the case due to any fatigue concerns.

The former Sporting Lisbon youngster has found the back of the net on five occasions in seven appearances since returning to Old Trafford in the latter stages of the summer transfer window.

Man United are allegedly not considering relieving Solskjaer of his managerial duties despite a disappointing run of form.
