Report: Sir Alex Ferguson to miss Swansea City match

Sir Alex Ferguson will miss Manchester United's match against Swansea City because he has gone to Barbados, according to a report.

Sir Alex Ferguson will not attend Manchester United's Premier League clash against Swansea City at Old Trafford on Saturday, according to a report.

The Daily Mail claims that the former Red Devils manager flew out to Barbados with his family on Friday for a week-long holiday.

More than 30 family members are reported to have flown out to the Caribbean to celebrate two landmark birthdays.

United are currently seventh in the league table with 34 points from 20 matches.
