Ryan Giggs hails "unbelievable" Sir Alex Ferguson

Manchester United midfielder Ryan Giggs hails the "unbelievable" success of Sir Alex Ferguson following the confirmation of a 20th league title at Old Trafford.

Manchester United midfielder Ryan Giggs has insisted that Sir Alex Ferguson's determination and desire to win continues to be the driving force behind his side's success.

The Red Devils secured a record 20th league title with four games to spare last night by beating Aston Villa 3-0 at Old Trafford.

Giggs believes that Ferguson's enthusiasm and track record are unmatched and make him indispensable to United's future plans.

He told Sky Sports News: "His appetite is second to none. Every day at the training ground he's the first there, his enthusiasm is brilliant and that feeds through the club, he is the club.

"Everything comes from the manager, getting players in, getting the right staff in, and he's just an unbelievable manager and an unbelievable person and he deserves everything that he gets.

"That's the key to the manager's success. The way he evolves and the way he is always looking forward and shows with the amount of young players we have in the team. He works hard and I've been very lucky to play under him for so long."

Giggs has played under Ferguson at Old Trafford since 1990, lifting 25 trophies including 13 Premier League titles.
