Sir Alex Ferguson is confident that Man Utd will get the point they need to win the title.
After last night's 2-1 victory over Chelsea, United are just one point shy of securing a record 19th title with two games still remaining.
"Knowing the players, they won't muck it up," Ferguson told reporters afterwards. "They will get a point, there's no doubt about that. It's fantastic to be the most successful team in the country in terms of championship victories."
Winning this season's title will be the 12th since Ferguson joined the club in 1986. "The minute we won that first title in 1992 the door opened, and we've been involved in the first two all throughout that period - it's an incredible achievement," he added.
"For the last 17 or 18 years it's been Arsenal and Chelsea as our nearest challengers, and the last few years it's been Chelsea. Arsenal made a great attempt this year but them losing [at Stoke] has finalised it.
"It took time to get the foundations of the club right but once we got that first title we improved, improved and improved."
United next face Blackburn away on Saturday, then round out the season with a home game against Blackpool on May 22.
