Rio Ferdinand suffers concussion and can remember very little of Manchester United's 3-0 win over Bolton Wanderers today.

Rio Ferdinand has revealed that he can remember very little from Manchester United's 3-0 win over Bolton Wanderers this afternoon.

The Red Devils centre-back suffered concussion during the second half as Sir Alex Ferguson's side went level with Manchester City at the top of the Premier League table.

"Wow not feeling great..Concussion after a clash of heads I'm I don't even remember the game! Gonna chill,Goodnight world! 3-0 win!," the England international wrote on Twitter.

Despite the injury, Ferdinand completed the match.
