Manchester United midfielder Donny van de Beek has said that he was happy to be back in training.
Prior to the start of Euro 2020, he suffered a groin injury, ruling him out of the tournament.
He was also absent from the team's pre-season friendlies against Derby County and QPR. However, with him fully recovered, he can join the remaining fixtures against Brentford, Preston, and Everton.
"Good to be back," the 24-year-old captioned an Instagram post of him at Carrington, marking his return from injury.
Van de Beek was mainly ignored by Olle Gunnar Solskjaer during his first season at Old Trafford last term.
However, with Paul Pogba likely to move on this summer, he could be featured more on the field.
