Beckham backs United for the title
Former England captain David Beckham backs former club Manchester United to reclaim the Premier League title this season.

Paris Saint-Germain midfielder David Beckham has backed former club Manchester United to reclaim the Premier League title this season.

The 37-year-old, who joined PSG last week, admitted, however, that it was "tough" to predict who would emerge from United's Champions League last-16 clash against Real Madrid.

When questioned during a promotional event with H&M on whether Sir Alex Ferguson's side would reclaim the title this season, he responded: "Only one answer. Yes!"

Of the Champions League fixture he added: "Tough. I love both clubs. I've been a United fan since I was 5 years old but am still in love with Real, it will be a great game."

Beckham will remain at PSG until the end of the season.
