Andy Cole calls on Old Trafford support

Former Manchester United striker Andy Cole calls on the team's supporters to 'make Old Trafford a fortress' in Monday's Premier League clash against Chelsea.

Former Manchester United striker Andy Cole has called upon the club's supporters to back the team in Monday's Premier League clash against Chelsea.

Man United are currently on a seven-game winless run in all competitions and have lost their last three in the Premier League.

Cole has taken to social networking side Twitter in the build-up to the match to urge the home fans to "get behind the lads!" in the key fixture between the two struggling teams.

Louis van Gaal will once again be in the dugout for Man United, despite claims that the Dutchman would leave following the 2-0 defeat at Stoke City on Boxing Day.
