Sports Mole rounds up the latest transfer talk for Manchester United on Friday, July 17.

Manchester United must now turn their attention to the summer transfer window having left their business until late in January.

The Red Devils brought in Bruno Fernandes and Odion Ighalo in the final days of the winter window but are still expected to be active in the summer as they aim to restore their former glories.

Here, Sports Mole rounds up the latest news on possible comings and goings from Old Trafford.

Friday morning's Manchester United transfer talk news roundup:

Manchester City 'agree personal terms with Ferran Torres'

Manchester City have reportedly agreed personal terms with Valencia attacker Ferran Torres ahead of a proposed move during this summer's transfer window.

The 20-year-old has been in impressive form for Los Che during the 2019-20 campaign, scoring six times and contributing eight assists in 43 appearances in all competitions.

The attacker's contract at the Mestalla is due to expire next summer, though, and his future has been the subject of much speculation over the last few months.

Manchester United, Real Madrid and Juventus are among the clubs to be credited with an interest in the Spain Under-21 international, but according to Eurosport, Torres has agreed personal terms with City.

The report claims that the youngster's representatives met with the Premier League giants on Wednesday, where a 'total agreement' was reached 'on the terms of the deal'.

Torres has managed four goals and five assists in 33 La Liga outings this term.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer provides update on Marcos Rojo future

Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has revealed that he currently has no plans to reintegrate Marcos Rojo into his first-team squad.

The 30-year-old re-joined Estudiantes on loan during the January transfer window after struggling to secure regular action at Old Trafford in the first half of the 2019-20 season.

Rojo only made one appearance for the Argentine outfit before the coronavirus outbreak halted play, though, and his loan deal has now come to an end.

The former Sporting Lisbon left-back has a contract at Old Trafford until next summer, but Solskjaer has confirmed that the Argentina international will not be involved for the rest of the season.

"Marcos has been in lockdown over there so they've not played," the Manchester Evening News quotes Solskjaer as saying. "At the moment I can't see him coming back here over the summer because we've been in this bubble and have this squad available until next summer.

"So he just needs to focus on getting and staying fit and being ready for wherever that takes him."

Boca Juniors are believed to be interested in signing the South American this summer.
