Marcus Rashford in Manchester United squad for Leicester City clash

Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has revealed that Marcus Rashford will be in the squad for Saturday's Premier League clash with Leicester City at the King Power Stadium.

Rashford is yet to feature for the Red Devils this term, having undergone a shoulder operation over the summer, but the England international has stepped up his recovery over the international break.

Speaking during Friday's pre-match press conference, Solskjaer confirmed that the 23-year-old would be involved in the clash with Brendan Rodgers's side.

"He (Rashford)'s in the squad, yes. If he's going to start or not, I can't tell you now, because it wouldn't be right. He's worked really hard throughout the whole lay-off. He's been really bright this week and had a 60-minute involvement in a behind-closed-doors game last week, so he's fit and raring to go," Solskjaer told reporters.

The Man United boss has also suggested that club captain Harry Maguire has a chance of making his return from a calf injury against his former club.

Amad Diallo has also returned to training following a thigh issue, but Raphael Varane is unavailable for selection due to a groin injury that he picked up while representing France.
