So, it seems that Sports Mole wasn't able to shake off the 'David Moyes of fantasy football advice' tag last weekend.
In terms of goals, neither Nikica Jelavic nor Rickie Lambert delivered the goods, although there was a little bit of solace from Branislav Ivanovic, who was part of a Chelsea rearguard that shipped just one goal, which would have earned the Serbian some points.
It could be argued that it got even worse where our avoid selection is concerned. We told you to swerve Jonathan Walters and he duly scored from the penalty spot. Having said that, at least Ricky van Wolfswinkel failed to find the net.
Anyway, before we are replaced by Louis van Gaal, here are our choices for the 29th round of matches, which have been cut down somewhat due to a number of teams playing in the quarter-finals of the FA Cup.
Who to pick
1. Adnan Januzaj: Among the many criticisms that have been aimed at Moyes, it was his decision to omit Januzaj from the 18-man squad to face Olympiacos that has arguably caused the most bewilderment. Surely he won't leave the 19-year-old out again? Firstly, the winger has been among his team's best performers this season, scoring three goals and laying two assists in the process. Providing that he plays in an attacking quartet alongside Robin van Persie, Wayne Rooney and Juan Mata, there is every chance that the youngster could add to either of those tallies away at struggling West Bromwich Albion.

2. Darren Bent: Okay, this is what you would call a huge gamble! Former England international Bent has scored just six goals this season for a Fulham team that has managed just 28 in total. Despite all that, on Saturday, Bent will come up against a Cardiff City defence that have kept just one Premier League clean sheet this year. Even now there are still few better finishers in England than Bent and providing that his team can create the chances for him against a leaky home defence, the 30-year-old could get among the points.
3. Sebastien Bassong: Yes, Norwich City did let in four goals last time out, so surely picking one of their defenders is strange? Not so. After all, from their last four matches at Carrow Road, the Canaries have not conceded a goal. If Bassong can lead the Norwich rearguard well, they should have every chance of recording another shutout against a Stoke City outfit that have scored only 10 goals from their 14 matches away from home.
Who to avoid
1. Roberto Soldado: Having waited for a goal from open play since October, Tottenham's summer signing from Valencia finally found the net last weekend. For some strikers, such a moment would inspire them on to further success in front of goal during the weeks that follow. While Soldado may now be brimming with confidence, on Saturday evening he will face Chelsea at Stamford Bridge - a venue were the Blues have shipped just nine goals all season.

2. Oscar: He would never admit it, but there may be a part of Jose Mourinho that is regretting selling Mata to Man United. When the Chelsea boss sanctioned the deal in the January, Oscar was in fine form. Since then, though, the Brazilian, even by Mourinho's admission, has lost his way. He is without a goal since early January, which in turn has seen him dropped to the bench on occasions. With Spurs able to boast a muscular midfield, it would seem unlikely that Oscar's fortunes will improve this time around.
3. Peter Crouch: For the same reason that Bassong is included on the list above, Stoke centre-forward Crouch finds himself among this selection. Playing as a lone striker, the 33-year-old has sometimes cut a forlorn figure during Stoke's away matches, which is partly why he has scored just six goals in the Premier League this term. Against a stubborn Norwich defence at home, he's likely to find it difficult to improve upon his return.
