Manchester City to face Juventus in Champions League group stage

Manchester City are drawn in the same Champions League group as last season's runners-up Juventus, while Arsenal face German champions Bayern Munich.

Manchester City have been handed a difficult draw for the UEFA Champions League group stages, where they will face last season's runners-up Juventus and UEFA Europa League winners Sevilla.

Arsenal have been put in the same group as German champions Bayern Munich, while Jose Mourinho will take on his former side Porto and Manchester United contend with PSV Eindhoven.

No British team has reached the quarter-finals of the competition in two of the last three seasons, and City in particular will have to overcome stiff opposition if they are to go one better than last season.

Manuel Pellegrini's side will also face German side Borussia Monchengladbach, while the Gunners' group is completed by Olympiacos and Dinamo Zagreb.

Louis van Gaal's side will play German runners-up Wolfsburg and CSKA Moscow in addition to the Dutch champions, with Chelsea and Porto also taking on Dynamo Kyiv and Maccabi Tel Aviv.
