Defenders Phil Jones and Jonny Evans shake off injuries to travel with the Manchester United squad for tomorrow's match against Real Madrid.

Manchester United's defensive duo Phil Jones and Jonny Evans have flown to Spain with the rest of the squad ahead of tomorrow's Champions League clash against Real Madrid.

Both had been rated doubtful for the last 16 tie, having picked up knocks during the weekend's 2-0 victory over Everton.

However, it now appears that the pair are available for selection after they were seen boarding the plane for the Spanish capital.

Ashley Young, who has not featured since last month's 2-1 win over Liverpool, has also been included following his recovery from a knee problem.

Veteran midfielder Paul Scholes was not part of the 22-man party, though. The 38-year-old has remained in Manchester to receive treatment on a knee injury.

Man United squad to face Real Madrid: De Gea, Lindegaard; Büttner, Evans, Evra, Ferdinand, Jones, Rafael, Smalling, Vidic; Anderson, Carrick, Cleverley, Giggs, Nani, Valencia, Young; Hernandez, Kagawa, Rooney, Van Persie, Welbeck
