Manchester City goalkeeper Joe Hart insists that he and his teammates are "hungry" to clinch another Premier League title.

Manchester City goalkeeper Joe Hart has insisted that he and his teammates are determined to win another Premier League title ahead of Sunday's crucial clash against Liverpool.

The North-West outfit, who were crowned champions in the 2011-12 campaign, are currently four points behind leaders Liverpool with two games in hand.

This Sunday's encounter at Anfield could prove to be a title-deciding clash, while Chelsea remain in contention as they reside two points behind the Reds.
