Manchester City to loan Jason Denayer to Anderlecht?

Manchester City are reportedly giving consideration to sending Jason Denayer to Anderlecht for the second half of the season.

Denayer is yet to make a first-team appearance for City, and is currently spending his fourth loan period away from the Etihad Stadium since 2013.

The Belgian has made 11 appearances for Galatasaray but he has failed to impress during his time in Turkey and according to Fanatik, they may decide to end his spell at the club in January.

That would allow the 22-year-old the opportunity to return to his homeland in order gain regular first-team action, with just six starts being made at Galatasaray since the start of the season.

Denayer could potentially be in contention for a recall to City, with doubts remaining over the long-term fitness of Vincent Kompany and form of Eliaquim Mangala.
