Manchester City plan Stefan Radu bid?

Manchester City are reported to be lining up a bid for Lazio defender Stefan Radu.

The 26-year-old Romanian is believed to be valued at around £15m by the Italian club.

He could arrive at the Etihad Stadium before the start of the new season as a possible replacement for Joleon Lescott, according to the Daily Mail.

Radu's agent recently claimed that City had made an enquiry for the player.
