AC Milan attacker Rafael Leao is a transfer target for English champions Manchester City, according to a report.

Manchester City are reportedly keen to bring AC Milan attacker Rafael Leao to the Etihad Stadium.

The 22-year-old has been in impressive form for his Italian club during the 2021-22 campaign, scoring seven times and contributing five assists in 22 appearances in all competitions.

Leao still has two-and-a-half years left to run on his contract at San Siro, but there has recently been speculation surrounding his future.

According to Sempre Milan, Man City have shown a 'concrete interest' in the attacker, while a number of other Premier League clubs are also said to be monitoring his progress.

Leao joined Milan from Lille in August 2019 and has represented the Italian giants on 95 occasions in all competitions, contributing 20 goals and 14 assists in the process.

The Red and Blacks have allegedly been in talks with the Portugal international's agent for a number of weeks in the hope of reaching an agreement over a new deal.
