Kevin De Bruyne agrees Manchester City personal terms?

Wolfsburg star Kevin De Bruyne's representatives reportedly agree personal terms with Manchester City.

Manchester City could be edging closer to completing the capture of Wolfsburg midfielder Kevin De Bruyne as his representatives have reportedly already agreed personal terms on a long-term contract with the club.

City boss Manuel Pellegrini refused to discuss a potential move for the Belgian at his press conference earlier today, but it appears that a deal is edging ever closer.

talkSPORT claims that the German Footballer of the Year, who recorded 10 goals and 21 assists for his club last season, is keen to join the former Premier League champions, and that all that remains to be negotiated is the transfer fee.

This could be a potential stumbling block, however, as reports earlier this week suggested that Wolfsburg would only be willing to sell their prized asset for a fee of around £57m, an amount which is thought to be higher than City's own valuation.

If a deal is completed to bring the 24-year-old to the Etihad, he would become the fourth major signing of the summer after Nicolas Otamendi's arrival was confirmed yesterday to add to the purchases of Raheem Sterling and Fabian Delph.
