Manchester City captain Vincent Kompany has insisted that his side's defence isn't a concern for the team.
The Premier League champions have conceded five goals in their opening three league games this season as well as letting in two against Chelsea in the Community Shield.
Kompany was part of the team that saw off Queens Park Rangers 3-1 at the Etihad Stadium on Saturday, and the Belgian is adamant that there aren't any defensive issues among the side.
"It doesn't matter. We've always proved to be solid come difficult times," he said when asked about not keeping a clean sheet thus far this term.
"Come December, January and February we'll show it. At this time everyone tries to play the game nicely.
"We left ourselves exposed but at the end of the season we won't do that."
City kept 17 clean sheets last season.
