Joe Hart insists that he is "stronger" for the mistakes that he has made for Manchester City this season.

Manchester City goalkeeper Joe Hart has insisted that he has learned from any mistake that he has made this season.

Despite the fact that he has kept 11 clean sheets, the 25-year-old has come in for some criticism for his performances at times this season as the champions have slipped nine points behind leaders and rivals Manchester United.

However, despite having a deficit to make up and the errors that he has committed, Hart has admitted that he has loved every minute of the campaign so far.

"I'm loving this season," he told the London Evening Standard. "Obviously I've had some lows and so have the team but not everything goes the way you want it to. It's good to have to fight sometimes. It makes you stronger."

Hart has conceded a total of 21 goals from 25 Premier League outings.
