Report: Liverpool, AS Monaco chasing Moussa Sissoko

Liverpool and AS Monaco have both reportedly identified Newcastle United midfielder Moussa Sissoko as a potential signing during this summer's transfer window.

Both clubs have been looking to add to their squads as they prepare for returns to the Champions League this season.

According to L'Equipe, Liverpool believe that the French international would enhance their midfield, while the Ligue 1 side are also said to be keen.

Sissoko joined Newcastle from Toulouse in January 2013 and has five years remaining on his current contract.
