Liverpool line up move for Asmir Begovic?

Liverpool are reportedly weighing up an offer for Stoke City goalkeeper Asmir Begovic.

The 27-year-old is thought to be on Brendan Rodgers's radar after impressing between the sticks for the Potters this season.

According to The Mirror, Rodgers will sanction a £10m move for the Bosnian international in the January transfer window as he looks to shore up a leaky defence that has kept just two clean sheets so far in the league.

Begovic joined Stoke in 2010, but has less than two years left on his current contract.
