Lille bid for Kolbeinn Sigthorsson?

Lille reportedly make an approach to sign Ajax striker Kolbeinn Sigthorsson, potentially as a replacement for Divock Origi.

Ajax striker Kolbeinn Sigthorsson has reportedly been the subject of a bid from French outfit Lille.

The 24-year-old only recently extended his contract at the Amsterdam ArenA until the summer of 2016.

However, the Iceland international is currently down the pecking order in Frank de Boer's plans, with Arkadiusz Milik's the Dutch club's main striker.

As a result, Lille have made a move for his services, although their initial offer is short of Ajax's valuation, according to De Telegraaf.

It has been suggested that the Ligue 1 side's pursuit of Sigthorsson may indicate that Divock Origi is close to joining his parent club Liverpool.
