Jurgen Klopp hints at further transfer activity

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp hints that he could add further to his squad this summer despite already having brought in seven new faces.

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has hinted that he could dip into the transfer market again this summer.

The Reds have already brought in seven new faces during the current window, but the likes of Daniel Sturridge and James Milner have recently picked up injuries.

Klopp refused to rule out more new arrivals at Anfield before the August 31 deadline, but also insists that he is "happy" with his current squad.

"I'm happy with the squad but then on the injury side if something happens we have to react, that's how it is. We have a few more players than you can bring in a lineup, that's true, but we already have a few injuries in positions that are not too good for us," he told the club's official website.

"We have to keep our eyes open, that's absolutely clear, and we will do this. Until August 31, [as long as] something is possible for us, why should I say it's over? We have the possibility to react if we need to and that's what we will do I'm pretty sure."

Marko Grujic, Joel Matip, Loris Karius, Sadio Mane, Ragnar Klavan, Alex Manninger and Georginio Wijnaldum are the players to have joined the club already this summer.
