Ryad Boudebouz: Liverpool are interested in me

Sochaux midfielder Ryad Boudebouz has claimed that Liverpool have started preliminary discussions with his representatives regarding a possible summer move to Anfield.

Boudebouz has impressed in Ligue 1 this year and has admitted that he is open to a move this summer.

The 22-year-old said: "Certainly, my agent is in talks with some clubs, particularly in France, but there is still nothing concrete.

"There is also Liverpool, who have initiated discussions with my agent, but at the risk of repeating myself, everything is in the discussion stage, no more."

Lyon, Lille and Marseille are believed to be the French clubs that are interested in signing Boudebouz.
