Iago Aspas completes Sevilla loan switch

Liverpool have confirmed that Iago Aspas has joined Sevilla on a season-long loan deal.

The two clubs had been in talks over a temporary move before the switch was finalised on Monday afternoon.

The Spanish striker, 26, arrived at Anfield from Celta Vigo last summer, though he has struggled to make an impact on Merseyside.

Aspas scored one goal in 15 games for Liverpool last season.
