The Citizens came from behind to secure a 3-1 victory at Brentford on Monday, while the Toffees snatched a point in a 2-2 draw with Tottenham Hotspur two days earlier.

In a match with consequences at both ends of the table, Guardiola and Dyche should have few problems motivating their respective teams in their quest to claim maximum points, but there is no hiding the fact that Man City head into Saturday's contest as firm favourites.
Although the Citizens have been far from watertight defensively, they have been scoring goals for fun and considering that Haaland is back in the mix, the hosts boast the firepower required to outscore their opponents.

Fulham vs. Bournemouth (Saturday, 3.00pm)

Both seeking their first Premier League maximum of 2024, Fulham welcome Bournemouth to their Craven Cottage base on Saturday afternoon.
Marco Silva's men threw away a two-goal lead in a 2-2 draw with relegation-threatened Burnley last weekend, while the Cherries were also pegged back in a 1-1 stalemate with Nottingham Forest.
We say: Fulham 2-1 Bournemouth
No team has failed to score in as many as Fulham's 10 Premier League matches this season, but in each of the last six games where Silva's men have made the net bulge, they have struck multiple goals in all of them.
Such a streak should continue at a ground where they have come good more often than not in recent weeks, and with Bournemouth losing their golden touch under Iraola, it is the Cottagers who should be celebrating their maiden Premier League success of 2024 and their first beating of the Cherries in almost five years.

Liverpool could have been knocked off their Premier League perch by the time that they walk out for Saturday's battle with Burnley at Anfield.
The Reds' title aspirations suffered one of their most damaging blows yet in a 3-1 loss to Arsenal last weekend, while Vincent Kompany's men fought back from 2-0 down to steal a point off Fulham in a 2-2 draw.
We say: Liverpool 4-1 Burnley
Burnley managed to give a good account of themselves when Liverpool paid a visit to Turf Moor over the festive period, and the Reds' propensity to concede at home coupled with the Clarets' penchant for goals on the road means that no sheets should be clean this weekend.
However, Klopp's men emerge to the Anfield roar with more than one point to prove, and the wounded hosts - who average nearly three goals per Premier League game on home turf - will be expected to run riot against their relegation-threatened foes.

Luton vs. Sheff Utd (Saturday, 3.00pm)

The Hatters and Newcastle United shared the spoils in an eight-goal extravaganza last weekend, while Chris Wilder's men suffered an embarrassing 5-0 home loss to Sheffield United.

Confidence levels could hardly be more contrasting between the two camps right now, and while morale is not the be all an end all - see Chelsea's 3-1 FA Cup beating of Aston Villa - there is little to suggest that Sheffield United can spring a surprise on Saturday.
Becoming the first newly-promoted team to score four goals in three-straight games in the Premier League era might be beyond Edwards's side, whose wonderful run will come to an end at some point, but the Hatters crowd should be revelling in another statement win this weekend as Sheffield United's demotion woes deepen further.

The Lilywhites threw away a pair of one-goal leads in a dramatic 2-2 draw with Everton last weekend, while the Seagulls soared to a 4-1 victory over M23 derby foes Crystal Palace.

Whether Brighton's thumping of Palace is the catalyst for a consistent run remains to be seen, but the Seagulls have failed to follow up a prolific display with an equally dominant showing over the past few weeks, and their attacking exploits on the road leave a lot to be desired.
Tottenham are still prone to the odd defensive lapse at home and are yet to march to a truly convincing win in 2024, but with a taste for wins at home and the return of Son providing quite the fillip, Postecoglou's free-scoring unit should still emerge triumphant.

Indeed, O'Neil's men are brimming with confidence at present, in stark contrast to a defensively frail Brentford outfit, who may struggle to keep out a rampant Wolves side at Molineux.
