Kenny Dalglish 'to return to management in India'

Former Liverpool boss Kenny Dalglish is rumoured to be returning to management with a club in the new Indian Super League.

Former Liverpool boss Kenny Dalglish is allegedly making a return to management with an unnamed club in the Indian Super League.

Reports from India claim that the Scot has agreed to take charge of one of eight clubs in the newly-formed division, according to The Mirror.

Former Manchester United goalkeeper Peter Schmeichel and ex-Chelsea defender Marcel Desailly are also said to have entered deals to coach in the country.

The Indian Super League, which will feature international stars as well as home-grown players, will kick off in January next year.

Dalglish, who stepped down as Liverpool manager in 2012, recently rejoined the club as a special adviser to its American owners.
