Friday's Liverpool transfer talk news roundup: Rhian Brewster, Ismaila Sarr, Jadon Sancho

Sports Mole rounds up the latest transfer talk for Liverpool on Friday, September 18.

The summer transfer window has now begun, with rumours and speculation continuing to swirl as Liverpool eye possible reinforcements.

Jurgen Klopp's champions have not been particularly busy during recent windows, but that has not stopped the rumour mill from linking them with additions.

Here, Sports Mole rounds up the latest news on possible comings and goings from Anfield.

Liverpool will reportedly allow Rhian Brewster to leave the club on a permanent deal before the end of this summer's transfer window.

The 20-year-old scored 11 times in 22 appearances for Swansea City during a loan spell last season but has only made four first-team appearances for his parent club.

Sheffield United and Crystal Palace have both been heavily linked with the Englishman, and according to the Daily Mail, the Premier League champions are prepared to sanction a permanent exit.

The report claims that Jurgen Klopp's side value Brewster at £20m, although they will insist that any deal includes a buy-back clause.

The forward won the Golden Boot award at the 2017 Under-17 World Cup, finding the back of the net on eight occasions as England lifted the trophy in India.

Brewster spent six years in the Chelsea academy before joining Liverpool at the age of 14.

Watford attacker Ismaila Sarr has reportedly emerged as a potential target for Manchester United.

The Red Devils continue to be linked with Jadon Sancho, but it remains to be seen whether the club are able to agree a deal with Borussia Dortmund before the transfer window closes on October 5.

According to The Independent, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side are currently weighing up alternatives to the England international and have identified Sarr as an option.

The report claims that the Senegal international, who is also believed to be a target for Liverpool, could be available for £30m following Watford's relegation to the Championship.

Sarr joined the Hornets from Rennes last summer and impressed during his first season in the Premier League, scoring five goals and providing six assists in 28 appearances.

The 22-year-old still has four years left to run on his contract at Vicarage Road.
