Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has admitted that Mohamed Salah "felt his foot" again after Wednesday's 2-0 Premier League win over Arsenal.
The 29-year-old initially sustained the problem in last weekend's win over Brighton & Hove Albion but was fit enough for a place on the bench at the Emirates.
Salah seemingly came through the victory unscathed after being introduced in the second half, but Klopp has revealed that his injury has flared up slightly ahead of Sunday's FA Cup quarter-final with Nottingham Forest.
"Mo felt his foot again so we have to see what happens with that," Klopp told reporters at his pre-match press conference on Friday morning.
Salah has amassed 28 goals and 10 assists from 36 games in a Liverpool shirt this season and is due to link up with the Egypt squad for their World Cup Qualifying double-header with Senegal later this month.
Klopp also revealed that Trent Alexander-Arnold is set for 'weeks' on the sidelines due to a hamstring injury, with the right-back forced to withdraw from the England squad.
