Team News: Roy Hodgson makes eight England changes

Hodgson makes eight England changes

Jack Butland earns his first international cap in three years for a much-changed England side in their final Euro 2016 qualifier against Lithuania.

The Three Lions have made eight changes in all following their 2-0 win over Estonia in midweek, with Adam Lallana, Ross Barkley and Harry Kane the only survivors.

With qualification for next year's finals already secured, boss Roy Hodgson is given a chance to experiment in Vilnius as he aims to make it 10 wins from 10 on the road to France.

Kyle Walker is another player to benefit from the overhaul, as he comes in for his maiden appearance of this qualifying campaign at full-back, alongside Everton defender Phil Jagielka who skippers the side for the first time.
