Hazard announces Chelsea move

Eden Hazard has confirmed that he is moving to Chelsea this summer.

The 21-year-old Lille playmaker had also been linked with moves to Manchester City and Manchester United.

On his Twitter account he wrote: "I'm signing for the champion's league winner."

Hazard scored 27 goals in 83 Ligue 1 appearances for Lille.
