A first-half goal from Nolito has given Celta Vigo all three points against Levante in their match in La Liga this afternoon.
Levante made an attacking start to the match as Andreas Ivanschitz tested Yoel, while David Barral headed just wide inside the opening five minutes.
The visitors slowly fought their way into the match, and managed to take the lead when Nolito slotted the ball in from close range from an Augusto Fernandez cross.
Jonny had a couple of chances to extend Celta's lead before the break, but could not keep any of his efforts on target.
Barral came close to an equaliser for Levante at the start of the second half with a powerful drive from just outside the box, but it was saved.
The home side had another chance to get back on level terms on the hour mark when Jonny brought down Ruben Garcia in the box.
However, Celta held on to their lead as Barral sliced his spot kick high, hitting the crossbar.
Levante continued to dominate with Barral and Ivanschitz both forcing saves, but neither managed to get the better of Yoel.
Michael Krohn-Dehli and Nolito both had chances for the visitors to put the result beyond doubt inside the final 10 minutes, while Charles had a late effort saved.
