Leicester City have reportedly joined a host of clubs showing interest in Sassuolo winger Domenico Berardi.
Seventeen goals and eight assists in 30 Serie A appearances for Sassuolo last season earned Berardi a place in Roberto Mancini's Italy squad for Euro 2020, where he has had an impressive start to his first major international tournament.
The 26-year-old has started all but one of Italy's games in this summer's tournament, after being given a rest in their final group game against Wales, and has provided two assists so far as the Azzurri progressed to the quarter-final stage.
According to Leicester Mercury, Brendan Rodgers is looking to bring in a winger this summer as he currently only has Marc Albrighton and Harvey Barnes at his disposal for the wide position.
It is believed that Sassuolo will demand €40m (£34.3m) for Berardi, and Leicester will have to fend off competition from many clubs, including Lazio.
Berardi came through the youth ranks at the Italian club, and since making his debut in 2012, he has gone on to score 105 goals in 291 appearances for the club.
