Leicester City have reportedly opened talks with Jamie Vardy about renewing his contract at the King Power Stadium.
The Foxes are ready to make the England international the highest-paid player in their history with a new deal worth £120,000 a week, according to the Daily Star.
The contract is said to be a one-year extension to Vardy's existing terms and would keep him at the club until 2021.
Leicester are seemingly keen to ward off Vardy's summer suitors, which include Europa League winners Atletico Madrid, according to previous reports.
Vardy is expected to wait until after the World Cup before resolving the matter of where his club future lies.
