Leicester City get pre-season off to a good start, putting six goals past Northern Premier League Premier Division side Ilkeston.

Leicester City recorded an impressive pre-season win this evening, putting six goals past Northern Premier League Premier Division side Ilkeston.

It took the Premier League new boys 34 minutes to get off the mark, with Wes Morgan finding the net for the Foxes.

That opened the floodgates, and goals for Chris Wood and Tom Hooper followed, along with a double for David Nugent.

Laurie Wilson made it six with an own goal, though the hosts did get one back in added time after good work from Che Adams lead to Grandison turning the ball home.
