Leicester City coaches Craig Shakespeare, Steve Walsh 'sign new deals'

Leicester City coaches Craig Shakespeare and Steve Walsh reportedly agree contract extensions with the Premier League champions.

Leicester City assistant manager Craig Shakespeare and head of recruitment Steve Walsh have reportedly signed new contracts at the King Power Stadium.

The pair helped Claudio Ranieri's side win the Premier League title, which is their first top-flight trophy in the club's 132-year history.

According to ESPN, the Foxes are keen to tie down the duo, who are entering the final year of the three-year contracts that they signed in 2014.

Ranieri also reportedly wants to make sure that the backroom team stays the same when they head into the 2016-17 season.

Walsh is responsible for the past recruitment of Jamie Vardy, Riyad Mahrez and N'Golo Kante.
