Leeds United full-back Stephen Warnock close to Derby County switch?

Derby County are reportedly close to securing the services of Leeds United defender Stephen Warnock.

It was reported by Sky Sports News earlier today that the 33-year-old had been the subject of a bid from a club within the Championship's top six.

Although there has been no official confirmation, several reports have since suggested that the team in question is Steve McClaren's Derby, with talks said to be at an advanced stage.

Warnock, who has been capped twice by England, joined Leeds from Aston Villa back in January 2013.
