Simon Grayson hails Leeds performance

Simon Grayson hails Leeds' win over Doncaster as the Elland Road side move up to fifth in the Championship.

Leeds manager Simon Grayson was full of his praise for his side after last night's 3-0 win over Doncaster.

Goals from Danny Pugh, Ross McCormack and Tom Lees ensured that Leeds took the spoils at the Keepmoat Stadium.

The match was Simon Grayson's 150th match in charge of the Championship outfit and he was delighted with how his side performed.

"It was a very good performance, very professional," he said.

"There were a lot of good things, the work rate, we pressed well and made them make mistakes.

"It wasn't far off the complete performance. We moved it round and caused them problems."

The loss was Doncaster's first defeat in four matches under new manager Dean Saunders and the Welshman was left disappointed.

"Have we got the right players for what I want us to do? We've lots of nice pretty footballers, but we've not got many Roy Keane types," said Saunders.

The results moves Leeds up to fifth in the table, while Doncaster drop to 21st position.
