Lazio 3-0 Palermo

Lazio have comprehensively defeated Palermo 3-0 at home to win back-to-back matches in Serie A.

The Roman hosts were in control of the first half and deservedly went ahead with six minutes left for the half-time interval.

Miroslav Klose had a number of chances before then, and he finally scored on 39 minutes when he shot home Alvaro Gonzalez's cross from close range with his right foot.

Lazio continued dominating proceedings in the second half and doubled their advantage in the 56th minute when Hernanes teed up Antonio Candreva to score from outside the Palermo penalty box.

Klose scored his second and Lazio's third goal of the evening in the 82nd minute when he turned in Senad Lulic's cross from close range.
