Paris Saint-Germain make Beckham approach

Paris Saint-Germain have reportedly made an initial approach to sign former England captain David Beckham from LA Galaxy.

PSG held a telephone conversation with Beckham's representatives but formal talks have yet to take place, according to BBC Sport.

The former Manchester United player has also attracted attention from Tottenham, QPR and Leicester in recent weeks, but Beckham has so far remained tight-lipped on his future after his contract at LA Galaxy comes to an end in December.

Beckham was coached by PSG football director Leonardo during his loan spells at AC Milan.
