While the 29-year-old has made 46 appearances in all competitions, the playmaker has contributed just four goals and two assists.
According to the Daily Mail, Andrea Pirlo has been left unconvinced by Ramsey and is prepared to offload him as soon as possible.
Ramsey currently commands one of the biggest wages at the Serie A champions, something which may make it difficult to attract a suitable offer.
The former Cardiff City youngster still has two-and-a-half years remaining on his contract.
