Half-Time Report: Juventus cruising against Chievo

Juventus are leading AC Chievo Verona 2-0 after 45 minutes of their Serie A clash at the Juventus Stadium.

The home side had an early sight of goal when Andrea Pirlo fired high over the bar following Fernando Llorente's layoff.

Kwadwo Asamoah gave Juventus the lead in the 17th minute of the match when he picked up a loose ball just outside the box and curled an effort into the bottom corner past Michael Agazzi.

The Bianconeri continued to dominate proceedings and scored a second goal before the half-hour mark.

Pirlo saw his long-range free kick palmed away by Agazzi, and Claudio Marchisio followed up to slot the rebound into the net.
