Ipswich Town bring in Polish right-back Piotr Malarczyk

Ipswich Town announce the arrival of former Poland Under-21 international Piotr Malarczyk on a two-year contract.

Championship leaders Ipswich Town have signed Polish right-back Piotr Malarczyk on a two-year contract from Korona Kielce.

The 24-year-old, who is a former Poland Under-21 international, joins the Tractor Boys for an undisclosed fee.

The player, who can play at both right and centre-back, leaves Korona after spending all of his career so far with the Polish top-flight side.

Malarczyk won't make his debut against Brighton & Hove Albion tomorrow, but will be available after the upcoming international break when Ipswich travel to Reading on Friday, September 11.

The Blues are also expected to announce the arrival of Australian international Tommy Oar from FC Utrecht later this afternoon.
